menu plan 16: chicken and wild rice soup

well.  i thought this one was going to be a keeper.  it was easy enough and it tasted good.  but the next day it stank and what i had put in the freezer especially stank.  it still tasted good, but i don't do stinky so it all went down the disposal.  bummer.  why did it stink?  anyone know?  i more or less followed this vague recipe.  i used a can of campbell's 98% fat free cream of chicken soup and a box of uncle ben's original recipe long grain and wild rice mix.  other than that, everything was fresh.  so why the stink?

this week's menu plan:
saturday - mexican with g's dad
sunday - friday/saturday leftovers
monday - ham, corn on the cob, salad, watermelon
tuesday - salmon, baked green beans with sea salt and olive oil, grape tomato concoction, strawberries
wednesday - chicken quesidillas, salad, watermelon
thursday - redfish, brown rice, salad, mango
friday - open
