a very brief scrappy tutorial

here is my eclectic paper mix page from my april jbs mercantile offerings.

getting the folkarte-esque layered hearts was super easy.  i folded a strip of paper in half to cut the bigger hearts (just like we did back in elementary school).  i then layered the paper scrap from this first cutting over a second piece of patterned paper to use as a template.  i cut the next set of hearts in the space left by the first, just cutting them a bit smaller.  easy peasy lemon squeezy.
