menu plan: tacos al pastor

tacos al pastor are my favorite thing to get from the mexiven food truck.  i finally found a recipe that does them justice.  be careful!  they're not hot on the tongue, but do leave a slow burn at the back of your throat.  mmmmmmmmmmmmm.

this week's menu plan:
sunday - far east buffet
monday - salmon, corn on the cob, salad
tuesday - stir fry
wednesday - the wilson county fair
thursday - leftovers
friday - open
saturday - hamburger, mac&cheese, carrots

we are especially looking forward to the fair food on wednesday and trying to eat healthy beforehand.
