menu plan 14: egg and avocado

going honduran again.  diced hard boiled egg and avocado lightly mixed with sea salt.  good stuff.

i've now gone from contemplating high protien low carbs, to cruising the grocery store edges for whole foods, to now dabbling in the superfoods.  slowly edging our way to healthy.  and hoping it sticks.  :)

this week's menu plan:
saturday - steak, corn on the cob, and salad
sunday - (leftover from the freezer) tortilla soup
monday - egg and avocado in tortillas, strawberries, and carrots
tuesday - salmon, brown rice, mango, and salad
wednesday - honey baked ham, corn on the cob, and baked green beans
thursday - cub scout planning meeting at wendy's
friday - open
